Our facilities are in the Chennai, which has a Thousands of square foot, technology updated business center.The Data Processing Center housed in our software technology park is supported with infrastructural resources in conjunction with the skilled manpower strength that we recruit.

 
   
  Internet Connectivity
 

We have a 2mbs-leased circuit with bandwidth, as well as a 512 kpbs Internet connection with a throughput of 56 kpbs (i.e. 3mb per minute). We have an alternate backup dedicated ISDN connection of 128 kpbs from a different ISP in case of failure of the main link that enables us to function in disastrous situations.
   
  Internal Network
 

For our WAN connectivity we use Cisco routers and layers 3 switches and 100mbs for our internal network. Our internal network is structured and certified by Laviton (US). Currently, we have 300 network ports with cat5 cabling (utp).

Scanners
Printers
Media devices
 
 
Power Backup


We are fully protected by power failure. Soft Tech System is equipped with two separate power stations and generators. If the main system goes down, then our whole system switches over to the generator, which has continuous backup of 72 hours.
